Indian Head Massage

Based on an old Ayurvedic technique, Indian Head Massage is a treatment that involves work on the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face. A variety of different massage movements are used to relieve stiffness and pain, to increase mobility, to stimulate blood flow and to relax or re-energise, depending upon the individual’s needs. It is also used to improve the condition and health of the hair, particularly when combined with natural essential oils.

The massage can be carried out over the clothes, or directly over the skin which allows for the therapeutic use of essential oils. Many clients that have benefited from treatment have commented that they are able to think more clearly and have continued to feel less stressed and tired. A treatment usually lasts 30 minutes.
